Migrate to MWCapture SDK Linux v3.3.1.1515

Upgrades the Magewell MWCapture SDK for Linux from 3.3.1.1313 to 3.3.1.1515 in the reprostim-capture project.

The new SDK adds support for the Y210 video format and includes updated Magewell libraries. The API used by reprostim-capture remains unchanged, so no source-level changes are required.
