Align qsl.toml with the bumped QPK pin
This updates the install/lock metadata to 7032cde..., but qsl.toml still advertises compat.requires for QuantPlatformKit at 0063af... (qsl.toml:9). In environments that build or validate the QSL 2026.07.1 bundle from qsl.toml, this repo will still resolve the old QuantPlatformKit while normal installs use the new one, so the pin alignment is incomplete and can produce different runtime contracts depending on the installation path.
