- **Responsibility**: research-oriented advisory publishing system.
- **Owns**: traceable advisory reports and web/RSS evidence summaries.
- **Consumes**: public web/RSS inputs and research signal context.
- **Must not**: submit orders, allocation changes, or account advice automatically.
