## QSL architecture role

- **Layer**: `runtime-ops`.
- **Responsibility**: IBKR gateway VM lifecycle and 2FA operations utility.
- **Owns**: gateway deployment, remote sync, Docker rollout, watcher setup.
- **Consumes**: InteractiveBrokersPlatform operational requirements.
- **Must not**: decide strategy eligibility or submit trading orders.
