## QSL architecture role

- **Layer**: `strategy-library`.
- **Responsibility**: Hong Kong equity strategy implementation package.
- **Owns**: HK strategy code, manifests, runtime adapters, live-readiness checks.
- **Consumes**: QuantPlatformKit and validated HK snapshot artifacts.
- **Must not**: own broker credentials or deployment switches.
