## QSL architecture role

- **Layer**: `strategy-library`.
- **Responsibility**: crypto strategy implementation package.
- **Owns**: runtime strategy code and metadata consumed by BinancePlatform.
- **Consumes**: QuantPlatformKit and CryptoLivePoolPipelines artifacts.
- **Must not**: own broker credentials or execution deployment.
