P1 Badge Update the QSL bundle test expectation

This bundle bump leaves tests/test_qsl_compat_metadata.py asserting that compat.bundle is still 2026.07.1, so the repo's own metadata test now fails for the new 2026.07.2 value. I verified this with python -m pytest tests/test_qsl_compat_metadata.py -q, which fails on the stale assertion; any CI path running this test will reject the bundle alignment until the expectation is updated or derived from the new source of truth.
