When a result is exported we would like the ability to notify clinicians and users that there is something for them to review in PACS.
What we are suggesting is that an md.export.request may include 2 new args
emails - comma delimited stringmetadata - comma delimited string
Upon receiving an export request with these args, an email would be sent to the email addresses specified and the metadata that was specified
