Add community endpoints

Changes:

• Add community listing endpoints (including search)
• Ported juxt-ui to use the new endpoints

Todos:

• Still want to port all community endpoints along inside this PR
• Figure out what breaking changes there will be when this gets deployed, heres a couple:
  • Consistent sorting on community listing pages
  • Subcommunities listings are now limited to just type 1
  • Subcommunity page is limited to 90 items and not infinite
• Still need to test everything

Old3DS is literally unable to load the subcommunity page for mk8, so this is probably a good change
