Description
We have migrated datasets for cornac to https://github.com/PreferredAI/static-data. This PR fixes the URL for 3 sequential datasets (gowalla, tafeng, yoochoose) and keeps it in consistent format as the previous datasets.
Unit test for the 3 sequential datasets are also provided.
