Added CTA to ask customer directly about bill.com

Changes

Added clarification for how to determine which accounts use bill.com for payment, as I ran into that question when I learned by word of mouth that one of my accounts uses bill.com. Since it creates a hassle our billing team's work, I wanted to preemptively reach out to any other account that uses bill.com.
