   I got rid of first person self hitbox in the above commit. Do we want to default disable it in third person too? Pretty sure vanilla renders it there, and with the current config setup, making this change for third person too would mean enabling the "Self" overrides in general, which would unnecessarily override the rest of the user's global settings.

   I'm not sure what other clients do. I think its fine to keep enabled.
