Instructions:

    OSX
    - Run create from terminal, you may need to chmod +x the file
    - Copy the resulting directory into your project directory/

    Linux
    - Run create from a shell, you may need to chmod +x the file
    - Copy the resulting directory into your project directory/

    Windows
    - Run create.bat from windows explorer
    - Copy the resulting directory into your project directory/
