Description of Changes
Attempt to improve the flexibility of upscaled native scaling.
Rationale behind Changes
I wasn't completely happy that a couple of games (Dark Cloud 2 + Ruff Trigger) didn't respond positively to the chaniges, apparently a few other games didn't like it either. so hopefully this improves everything somewhat.
Suggested Testing Steps
Test games which use native scaling and especially ones which didn't work with the new Maintain Upscale options.
