Below is the table of the status of the development test queries, both before and after the broker in video-query-algorithms is run. Also:

Query 1: Trying a further revision should cause a "Key Error: 11" error on the broker
Query 3: Further revisions (Submit on Existing Query screen) and Finalize should work.
Query 4: Further revisions (Submit on Existing Query screen) and Finalize should work.
