EcoMeristem is a Functional-Structural Plant Model (FSPM) simulating cereals’ plant growth variability at the organ level within the crop stand, as the result of C source-sink relationships, depending on genotypic and environmental constraints. The Apical Dominance Version is a version of EcoMeristem considering tillers individualization starting at internode elongation. Each culm possesses its own internal competition index (IC) and plant supply is distributed according to apical dominance (i.e from the oldest to the youngest culm).
