@bastelfreak There is no src tree here, so seemingly this is only for dependency tracking. We'll have to see how many places this is used and then possibly inline the dependencies.

@bastelfreak, @nmburgan : Here is how the dependencies are currently setup:

• openvox-server -> org.openvoxproject/jruby-utils -> org.openvoxproject/jruby-deps

Since jruby-deps is not used anywhere else, it should just be absorbed in jruby-utils.

snakeyaml itself is only used in openvox-server.

I also don't know why clj-shell-utils was pulled out into its own project even though there is no reuse (it is only used in a single place project - openvox-server).
