Bring back the feature that moves a planar indicator around on the sky while interacting with the skybrowser images. It has been renamed from "Hover circle" to "hover indicator" (OpenSpace/OpenSpace#2171)
The indicator will show on hover or on focus.
As the behavior is a bit undesired in dome settings (while the pilot is interacting, the circle will pop up all over the dome), there is now also an exposed setting to disable this feature.
To decide: Should the indicator be enabled or disabled per default?
Should be used together with: OpenSpace/OpenSpace#3960
