Add Claude Opus 4.7 support and remove stitch border settings

Summary

• Add Claude Opus 4.7 to the built-in provider catalogs and shared model contracts.
• Update model aliasing and capability checks so Opus 4.7 is treated like the latest Claude Opus tier for fast mode, max effort, adaptive reasoning, and ultrathink support.
• Remove the Stitch border setting from both settings screens and its settings-summary indicator.
• Extend shared model tests to cover the new model slug and capability behavior.
