Summary of the discussion
To manage the automatic integration of third party ontologies and automate some string replacement tasks is nice to have a MakeFile. One of the useful changes is the possibility of replacing the ontology placeholder with the github iri while we do not have a namespace resolution. I would need this to then resolve #19 and #17
