fix(scope): share with org seelction pills not displayed correctly

Description

From an entity or relationship immediate sharing to an organisation does nto display the pills correctly. Also on a relationship the spacing is not correct between the organisation labels.

When sharing with an organisation from the multi-select view the share with organisation works correctly.

Reproducible steps

On design system branch or master-ff

from an entity under falafel menu select share with organsiation or click share with org icon and observe the pop-up does not display the selected orgs as org labels.
