기본 흐름

필수 도구: ansible-core, ansible-lint, yamllint, shellcheck.

Ansible 실행 전 고정 collection을 설치한다.

gabiactl apply는 가비아 sandbox에서 create/read/retry/delete 계약과 Ubuntu 24.04 image ID를 확정하기 전까지 의도적으로 중단된다. Gate를 통과한 뒤에만 로드맵의 L1 순서로 인프라를 만들고, Tailscale 관리망과 L2/L3를 구성한다.

실제 credential, IP, state, inventory, kubeconfig는 커밋하지 않는다. 상세 기준은 SECURITY.md를 따른다.
