This change adds a new compiler spec and processor option for the PPC 64-32 SoC used in many embedded applications. The relevant change from other PPC64 specs is the use of r2 and r13 for local data and branch control. More details are available in the freescale docs.

With this config, BookE and other cores are easily decoded. It has been tested on MPC5534 firmwares.
