Creates new crate
ninterp-uomfor ninterp wrappers around uomQuantitytypes.Uses the same mechanism as the old
uom.rsexample: since uom Quantities are repr(transparent), they can be transmuted in an unsafe block. This wrapper takes the burden of unsafe-wrapping away from end-users, so they can depend instead just on ninterp_uom.
