feat: add ability to pull from multi-arch ORAS manifest list

Background

This fixes #145. The current implementation does not distinguish ORAS artifact architecture and results in non-deterministic pull.

What's Changed?

• add copy options to ORAS pull so that we fetch the appropriate artifact depending on the architecture
• fallback logic is the original implementation (using default copy options)
