This workflow automatically fetches the latest commit from NVIDIA/cuda-quantum/main and creates a PR to bump the commit. This will automatically run once per week (Saturday morning for now).

Due to the fact that a bot is creating the PR, we need to manually run
/ok to teston the auto-generated PR to get it tested, so this on reduces the manual intervention required; it does not eliminate it.
