Changes:

  • Updated versions (Biolink Model 4.3.2 -> 4.3.6, UMLS 2025AA -> 2025AB, RxNorm 10062025 -> 12012025)
  • Added "UMLS:C0011847 oio:exactMatch MONDO:0005148" as a manual DrugChemical concord.
  • Removes synonyms/Publication.txt after synonyms/Publication.txt.gz has been built.

Should be merged after PR #606.
