looks good for me and fixes the error.
The example uses multiple languages for the title.
It may not be 100% correct to combine partNames of the same title in different languages.
But handling of multiple languages is a bigger issue.
See language specific MODS attributes script and transliteration (https://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/userguide/titleinfo.html#partname)
Now author information and relatedItem type='hierarchical' are redundant
