## 1. Project Overview

Quantir is a DeFi and on-chain risk intelligence platform that helps protocols, infrastructure teams, wallets, funds, and ecosystem operators monitor blockchain activity and detect abnormal risk conditions.

The platform collects live on-chain and protocol data, normalizes signals across supported networks, calculates risk scores, and generates structured alerts with human-readable explanations. Quantir is designed to provide actionable monitoring through dashboards, APIs, WebSocket streams, and alerting workflows.

For Aptos, we propose to build an Aptos-specific risk intelligence layer for DeFi, RWA, payments, and infrastructure applications. The goal is to help Aptos builders detect liquidity stress, transaction anomalies, protocol health issues, market stress, integration risks, and abnormal ecosystem activity through explainable alerts and developer-facing integrations.

## 2. Problem

Aptos has a growing Move-based ecosystem with strong potential across DeFi, payments, RWA, infrastructure, and consumer applications. As activity grows, builders need better operational visibility into what is happening across protocols, liquidity flows, transactions, bridges, and application-level integrations.

Many existing tools provide raw blockchain data, explorers, or historical dashboards. These are useful, but they do not always answer the operational questions teams need in real time:

What changed?
Why does it matter?
Is this abnormal?
Where should the team investigate first?
How severe is the risk?

This creates a gap between on-chain activity and operational response. Protocols, wallets, infrastructure teams, funds, and ecosystem operators need structured, explainable, machine-readable risk alerts rather than only raw data.

## 3. Solution

Quantir will build an Aptos-specific monitoring and alerting module that turns public and opt-in ecosystem signals into structured risk intelligence.

The module will include:

- Aptos data-source mapping.
- Move ecosystem risk taxonomy.
- Normalized signal schema.
- Structured alert schema.
- Aptos monitoring adapter prototype.
- Risk scoring and explanation logic.
- At least 5 Aptos-specific alert categories.
- At least 10 sample alert scenarios.
- Reference dashboard or API/WebSocket consumer.
- Developer documentation and setup guide.

Alerts will include severity, risk score, reason codes, evidence fields, and human-readable explanations. Outputs can be consumed through dashboards, APIs, WebSocket streams, bots, and internal monitoring workflows.

## 4. Why Aptos and Movemaker

Aptos is one of the most important Move-based ecosystems, with strong infrastructure and growing opportunities in DeFi, payments, RWA, tooling, and consumer finance. The Move ecosystem needs dedicated monitoring infrastructure that understands the technical and operational differences of Aptos instead of treating it as just another EVM chain.

Movemaker is especially relevant because it supports sustainable Aptos ecosystem development with a focus on AI, DeFi, DePIN, Developer Education & Ecosystem, Tooling, Infrastructure, RWA, and Payments. Quantir fits this mission as infrastructure and tooling for Aptos builders.

We also understand that Movemaker prioritizes Chinese-speaking regions and localized project development. As part of this proposal, Quantir will include a China/Asia ecosystem roadmap focused on localized documentation, feedback collection, and potential partnerships with Aptos builders serving Chinese-speaking markets.

## 5. China / Asia Market Roadmap

Quantir will support Movemaker’s localization goals through the following plan:

- Prepare a Chinese-language summary of the Aptos risk intelligence module.
- Create localized developer-facing documentation summary for Chinese-speaking builders.
- Collect feedback from Aptos Chinese-speaking community members and developers where possible.
- Identify 2-3 Aptos DeFi, RWA, payments, or infrastructure teams in Chinese-speaking markets that may benefit from risk monitoring.
- Participate in Movemaker ecosystem calls, community channels, or feedback sessions if invited.
- Publish bilingual progress summaries if required by Movemaker.

This roadmap will help Quantir become more relevant to the Aptos builder community that Movemaker is focused on supporting.

## 8. Technical Approach

Quantir will use a modular architecture for the Aptos integration.

The technical approach includes:

- Researching public Aptos ecosystem data sources.
- Mapping relevant DeFi, RWA, payments, and infrastructure signals.
- Designing normalized signal and alert schemas.
- Building an Aptos adapter for selected public or opt-in signals.
- Implementing risk scoring and explainable alert logic.
- Delivering sample alerts and validation scenarios.
- Providing API/WebSocket or dashboard-facing examples.
- Publishing documentation for developers and reviewers.

The first version will focus on monitoring and alerting. It will not custody user funds, request private keys, execute transactions, or modify protocol contracts.

## 9. Open Source Plan

Grant-funded schemas, documentation, sample alerts, and selected adapter components will be published openly where appropriate.

Quantir’s hosted infrastructure and commercial services may remain separate, but the grant deliverables will be designed to be transparent, reusable, and useful for Aptos ecosystem builders.

## 10. Business Model

Quantir’s long-term business model is based on B2B monitoring, API access, dashboards, custom risk reporting, hosted alerting workflows, and enterprise integrations for protocols, funds, wallets, infrastructure teams, and ecosystem operators.

The grant will help Quantir build the Aptos-specific module and validate the initial use cases. Over time, the Aptos integration can be maintained as part of Quantir’s broader multichain risk intelligence platform.

## 11. Team

Quantir is a three-person technical team building DeFi and on-chain risk intelligence infrastructure.
