feat: release MoonSprite DEV.3

Summary

• Release the accumulated DEV.3 editor, animation, gradient, grid, timelapse, project metadata, and workspace updates.
• Update DEV.3 release metadata, changelog archives, validation contracts, documentation, tests, and bundled resources.

Verification

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• pnpm check:release
• pnpm package
• git diff --check

Packaged artifacts are available from the local DEV.3 release output; generated artifacts are intentionally excluded from the commit.
