Adds a closet full of drip for the Monarchs

What the tin says, fills out the empty closet inside the powder room with a menagerie of various fancy clothes fit for the upper crust of society, as it should be.

Also adds a subtype of matthios evil boots with no armor for people to larp as some kind of tyrant.

Why It's Good For The Game

People should roleplay monarchs having a luxury fashion sense instead of the one fit they get at the start. Nobles IRL have wicked and decadent fashion style throughout the ages, hell on the titanic nobles were carrying kemonos on board as cargo for instance. No reason the ones in this world to not be able to procure exotic clothings.

The Monarch is in some DIRE (straits) need for more unique stuff, so this is lovely, hopefully the role becomes more popular.

If you are going to do this, you should do this for the other maps as well (Voyage, WPP, Daftmarsh, etc)

Added it to the vanderline joke map, rosewood, WPP, voyager, and daftmarsh. WPP gets extra "northern tribe" fur clothes set and voyager gets a tricorn cuz pirates and stuff

please with stuff like this always include other maps as well (which you did here after ben pointed it out) but otherwise I like more drip options for leadership roles.
