About The Pull Request

ups the cooldown of rust construction from 2 seconds to 6 seconds

Why It's Good For The Game

Currently rust heretic can just spam walls every 2 seconds which stun you and damage you if you're under them, they can also just block you in areas. Upping the cooldown to 6 seconds should make this less of an issue but the ability will still be useful.

Original version was 5 seconds, maybe revert to that?
Considering how easy it is to spread rust tho maybe 8 can be fine, we will see

Way too much, maybe four seconds, or five as Sian suggested. Eight is just too sluggish and limiting.

you should probably remove this, it actually fucks them over because they cant unset it until cd is over i believe

No? It just makes what WAS an underused ability really bad. "Rust is overtuned" is not a reason, make other changes to nerf it if that is the issue.

This needs to unset or it basically prevents clicking for 6 seconds
