Why It's Good For The Game

Tank rampages 10m are probably not ideal, nor is being able to get mutiple of them when it gets a high discount
Bloodbrothers are meant to be a lower threat antag, so probally shouldnt have a murder machine

This thing should be nukies only honestly. I wager it's better than a Marauder other than raw health.
It's fast, has an explosive weapon, machine gun, and if it punches you they can just drive over you and kill you.
Definition of low effort high reward.
