About The Pull Request
This PR removes the space vines event and an unused 'VV_HK_SPACEVINE_PURGE' define.
Why It's Good For The Game
Having experienced the space vines event spawning strange plants that block your view but dont do harm otherwise, it's not a fun time. The stakes are just a major annoyance without real risk, and the gameplay to fight them is boring.
Lowpop crew will not be able to handle the vines, and I suspect even highpop would struggle once it spreads through maintenance. This PR removes the event, but doesn't touch plant code otherwise.
Testing
Compiled and ran, the event was no longer in the storyteller pannel.
