Added details and examples to make a working pfatt router configuration on FreeBSD 13

Main change in pfatt.sh was to remove unneeded php, removed manual kernel modules loaded in the script in favor of loading the modules in /boot/loader.conf, and added the command to set the spoofed wan mac address at the end of the script. The main netgraph configuration remains unchanged.

This is some sweet stuff! @MonkWho take a look when you have time

fixed some example IPs
netwait might be useful so services don't get hung trying to start before we have IPv6 networking, named and isc-dhcpd6 seem to have this issue in particular, used Google DNS IPv6 addresses for this example
netwait seems to hurt more than it helps, had issues in testing with named and isc-dhcpd6 not starting with netwait enabled, removed netwait and all services started fine

You have always needed to revert to an old version of the ATT firmware to get the certificates. That's no different with this version.
