This PR now makes TWO additive roster edits so the pinned roster nets to 7, not 8:
w3c-cg/ai-agent-protocol#40(aeoess Auditability section — accountability record + action-ref correlation; MolTrust VC-serialization ANNEX to follow; deferred own-task fires on the docs(specs): V1.4-5b public-v1-contract (+ 5c/5d flagged) (Step 5, 4/4) #40 merge event).MoltyCel/aae-conformance-vectors#2— CLOSED by aeoess (~13d, no further activity expected), so it no longer needs quiet-thread radar coverage.Folded together per request (aae-cv#2 unpin merged into this open PR instead of a standalone one — supersedes #235). YAML validated (
yaml.safe_load); the other 6 pins are untouched.Roster count after merge: 7 (was 7 → +#40 −aae-cv#2).
