Pin w3c-cg/atp#1 to the ThreadWatch roster

Additive one-entry change to scripts/threadwatch_config.yamltracked_threads
(the repo-managed config pins; effective roster = tracked_threads ∪ dynamic
/pin state).

Entry

  - repo: w3c-cg/atp
    number: 1
    # watch first replies: Larry Lewis / Paul Ashley / Vikash (intern, nicht im Roster)
    note: "first ATP issue (ours) — Trust-Scoring Function: count-based factors farming-/Sybil-exploitable (decay/confidence/graph) + scope Q for Deliverable 2"
  • w3c-cg/atp#1 verified: open issue by MoltyCel (ours). kind defaults to issue.
  • Watch-names kept as a YAML comment → present in the repo config but not
rendered in the roster (per "Note intern, nicht im Roster").

Verified (live, minimal — no full crawl)

Rendered the actual roster line via build_roster_entry + fmt_roster_line:

📌 w3c-cg/atp#1 — ✓ replied (ball with them) · still 0h · last: MoltyCel
Trust-Scoring Function: count-based factors are farming-/Sybil-exploitable without decay,
  → https://github.com/w3c-cg/atp/issues/1 — first ATP issue (ours) — Trust-Scoring …

YAML parses (5 tracked_threads entries); fetch_ok=True.

Goes live when

It appears in the next report once the PR is merged and the live ~/moltstack
checkout pulls the updated config (the cron reads the live file). Not
auto-merged (diff-gate).

Add w3c-cg/atp#1 (our first ATP issue — Trust-Scoring count-based factors
farming-/Sybil-exploitable + Deliverable-2 scope Q) to
scripts/threadwatch_config.yaml tracked_threads, so it is always shown in the
PINNED ROSTER (no staleness cutoff). Additive; the watch-names (Larry Lewis /
Paul Ashley / Vikash) are kept as an internal YAML comment, not rendered in the
roster. Verified: renders a valid roster line (state "replied, ball with them",
last: MoltyCel).
