Add w3c-cg/atp#1 (our first ATP issue — Trust-Scoring count-based factors farming-/Sybil-exploitable + Deliverable-2 scope Q) to scripts/threadwatch_config.yaml tracked_threads, so it is always shown in the PINNED ROSTER (no staleness cutoff). Additive; the watch-names (Larry Lewis / Paul Ashley / Vikash) are kept as an internal YAML comment, not rendered in the roster. Verified: renders a valid roster line (state "replied, ball with them", last: MoltyCel).
