About Me

Hi! My name is Maksym. I am 16 years old and I am from Ukraine. I use arch btw ^-^

I am a C# developer with previous experience in Unity. Currently, I work on personal projects to improve my advanced C# skills and expand my portfolio.

Skills:

  • Languages: C# (.NET, ASP.NET), C/C++ (basic), NASM (basic), Python (good)
  • Programming principles: OOP, SOLID
  • Concepts: patterns
  • Game development: Unity, custom game engines
  • Tools: Git, GitHub, JetBrains Rider

Projects (Not all projects are public):

  • DustyEngine (C#): My own game engine, actively under development. Built using OpenTK, ImGui.NET, Assimp, and other libraries.
  • Dusty Easel (C#): A minimal Aseprite-like tool. Uses OpenTK, ImGui.NET, and ImageSharp for rendering and image processing.
  • ChatApp (C#): A simple chat application currently supporting text messages only. Includes both server and client logic. During development, I worked with Avalonia for the client UI and TCP networking for the backend.
  • MyOS (C): A simple operating system with a terminal and a working FAT8 file system. Created for educational and experimental purposes to better understand how operating systems work.
  • AntiVirusMan (Unity): My first game and my first experience working in a team. The project was published on Google Play and helped me understand collaborative game development.
  • Primitive Shapes Game Jam 3 (Unity): A game developed by a team of two during a one-week game jam. The main constraint was using only four sprites per model. I worked on procedural dungeon generation using a node-based system, gaining hands-on experience.
