Existing link is 404.

Note: we could also link directly to the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/style-guide/accessibility/accessibility-guidelines-requirements page, not sure if this was the intent given the 'Accessible writing' text next to the link.

In passing, the ARRL Style Guide link (https://www.arrl.org/style-guide) just below this is also a 404.

Tried searching for that page on archive.org but it was never indexed (https://web.archive.org/web/20260000000000*/https://www.arrl.org/style-guide) and searching for it does not provide a likely replacement.

There are guideline pages on the ARRL site about more specific topics, e.g. writing for QST and QEX, in case we want to link there, e.g.:

https://www.arrl.org/qex-author-guide
https://www.arrl.org/qst-author-guide

Not sure what was the original intent behind that link.

Alternatively, since the text after the link mentions 'Amateur radio technology', we could link to either

https://www.arrl.org/ham-radio-glossary

or

https://www.arrl.org/files/file/Education/HRLM%20Online%20Glossary.pdf
