For TouchPad.h, use #define KEYNAMES, support possible future change. Add USB_HID key definitions, and two functions pressU(), releaseU(). Supports a wider range of keys. Update KeyboardUK to support above functions. This compiles in Arduino IDE, but I don't have H/W to test.

Supports a wider range of keys. This is intended for use in the .ino, not in the OTG mode, for now.
Update KeyboardUK to support above functions.
This compiles in Arduino IDE, but I don't have H/W to test.
