Summary

Merges the phase 2 planning artifacts from dongxu/dev-0415-1 into main.

  • docs/designs/mujoco-alarmed-grasp-loop-phase-2-plan-reviewed.md — approved implementation contract
  • docs/designs/mujoco-alarmed-grasp-loop-phase-2-plan.md — original plan
  • TODOS.md — task tracking

Merge conflicts in README.md, examples/_mujoco_grasp_wedge.py, and src/roboharness/reporting.py were resolved by keeping main's more recent design-review fixes.

Next step

Implementation of the MuJoCo alarmed grasp-loop phase 2 wedge.
