fix: refresh context error handle

Note

Use a non-throwing context fetch with early return in the confirmation refresh cronjob; update snap manifest shasum.

• Cronjob refresh logic (packages/snap/src/core/handlers/onCronjob/backgroundEvents/refreshConfirmationEstimation.tsx):
  • Switch to getInterfaceContext and add null-check/early return when no confirmation interface context is available.
  • Improve logging for absent context; preserve existing no-op when interface not open.
• Manifest (packages/snap/snap.manifest.json):
  • Update source.shasum.
  • Minor JSON formatting (expanded arrays).
