Follows #225 , #224 and #223 (1st, 2nd and 3rd-4th commits).
Following Pages theory, the modalities are treated as already weighted numerical variables so every correlations, inertia or contributions are computed exactly as if they were numerical variables.
For the contribution I also added a boolean input to decide whether the contribution should be aggregated to categorical variable level or kept as modalities level.
I think that is all for the famd.py file. Will try to adapt unit tests.
