What
This adds v3 of @azure/msal-node as a peer dependency.
Why
It's been out for 2 months, and the only breaking change is
NodeStoragenot being exported anymore, see https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-js/blob/dev/lib/msal-node/docs/v2-migration.md.Notes
I fixed the current security advisories, I'm planning to open a subsequent PR to update all packages and move to ESLint v9.
