Hey, I'm Fares — aka Tsuki 👋

Mobile Engineer at ICOSNET · PhD Researcher in AI · Algerian, heading to Germany

I build production Flutter apps that actually ship — fintech, telecom, digital identity (NFC/MRZ/KYC), enterprise integrations. On the side I'm doing deep learning research on retinal vessel segmentation for my PhD. Two very different worlds, somehow both fun.
