Since it was not easy to find a built jar nowadays I made some changes to migrate the project to maven and build it in a "standard" way. Plus I added some advice in
IMPROVEMENTS.mdabout how to run on MacOs since it was somewhat tricky due to JavaFX. It was necessary to change the JVM and install a Zulu JVM that has better compatibility with JavaFX.
