Application and ledger device crash...

I use :

• Windows 10, cmd.exe in admin mode.
• Ledger Nano X with latest firmware 2.0.2 and monero app 1.7.8.
• Python 3.10.4, with app-monero 1.7.8

I connect USB cable to the ledger, switch it on and select monero app, when, I launch the python app :

Application stop with the error above. The nano X crash : The power is off (or at least the screen is black), I can't switch on, until I unconnect USB cable. The "25 words" value is "NOTSET".
