Please add a note to the repo descriptions which tells the user that the installation was quite involved. These are not the average click-n-done plugins! Users should know what they're up to. Otherwise there might be a lot of frustration. |

Add three Lyrion Music Server plugin repositories by @macsatcom:
Lyrion_DAB_Radio — DAB+ radio reception via RTL-SDR and welle-cli. Live DAB+ radio streaming directly into LMS with station scan and signal monitoring.
Lyrion_FM_Radio — FM radio reception via RTL-SDR and NGSoftFM daemon. Stereo audio with live RDS metadata.
Lyrion_TEF_FM_Radio — FM and AM radio via TEF668X USB tuner. RDS metadata, FM scanning, direct pipe into LMS.
All three are actively maintained with multiple releases.
