Conflict with vim.filetype.get_option in Neovim

Neovim comments (gc{motion}, gcc, etc.) uses information from vim.filetype.get_option(lang, 'commentstring'). And this plugin, somehow, breaks it.

Steps to reproduce

nvim file.sh
itext<Esc>
gcc

As expected you will get in the "file.sh" buffer:

# text

Split to "file.lua":

:split file.lua<Enter>
itext<Esc>
gcc

Now you would expect in "file.lua" to get -- text, but you get:

# text

[Konfekt]

I can reproduce with

vim.opt.runtimepath:prepend(fastfold)
vim.cmd('filetype plugin indent on')
vim.cmd('syntax enable')

where fastfold points to this plug-in. However, &commentstring is correct. Would you mind checking with the authors of the Nvim commenting functions ?

I am not confident enough about this topic, to know what to say. I think you should check with nvim.

I've been using foldmethod=expr primarily, so I no longer need fastfold. But I thought it would be helpful to report the bug, since I caught it.
