The new version allows for extra functionality with mbedtls present so setting it as a dependency. Also, the patch is no longer needed.

Update expat, freetype, libjpeg, libpng, libzip, and mruby to latest versions.
I only ensured they build, but at least mruby needs more adjustment to install properly.
